What's In It For Me
Learners will be able to interpret the use of color, its attributes and relationship, and apply the color emotional, cultural and situational aspects in relation to beauty care, cosmetics and skin care products. Course Objectives
The course will enable learners to competently apply the concepts of color theory to advise color compatibility in the context of an organisational’s policy taking into consideration color attributes, relationships, effect of color matching etc. With competencies in reviewing and reflecting the use of colours and communicating the meaning behind them, learners are able to review and reflect colors usage, providing individual interpretation and choice of colors etc.

Pre-requisites

Aged 21 years and above.

Possess some knowledge about beauty and personal care products such as cosmetics, skin care and beauty and personal treatments.

Education level of at least Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or its equivalent.

SOQ shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme.
